I think that rumor that Netflix did a White Tiger pilot was just a rumor. Because Netflix (apparently) doesn't do pilots.

I wouldn't be surprised if they did something with the character eventually. Netflix are basically doing their own phase 1 thing leading up to the Defenders, but I could see it expanding outward from there. But.. Yeah. Netflix don't seem to do pilots, which is one of the reasons Hemlock Grove got to season three despite being generally terrible and poorly received.

Jessica Jones did name drop Angela though. So she could show up in one of the shows.

Omnitronicus is hamming it up so much that I'd expect his next appearance to be the New Avengers version of "Curse of Fatal Death".

This was pretty much all good.
Saving Angela, AIM making RICHARDS! and SHIELD look like idiots, Toni and POD...
Plus, using the actual recap page to hide a plot point is pretty dang cunning. How many people actually read those things?
(I do feel sorry for the insect-men, though. Poor guys...)

I loved how Ava saved Angela.

Yes. I am thrilled that they saved/redeemed Angela after so long with her being either dead, a villain, or missing. I always thought she deserved better treatment.

Al Ewing is one of my favorite writers at the moment because of how much he -gets- characters.

You know, with some other writer, you'd half expect the cliffhanger to this issue to be resolved with Angela dying so that Ava can be the One True White Tiger or some garbage like that.
With Ewing, I feel pretty confident they're just gonna kick the crap out of Richards, and even if not, Angela will do something awesome / get an actual happy ending.

Ones the current White Tiger, Ava Ayala and the other one is the previous one, Angela del Toro, who was under the Hand's control since Shadowland until this issue.

Angela is also Ava's niece, even though Angela is older.

I live how Toni was able to use the the Rescue armor as an offensive weapon.

I love this. I'm still pissed that this book is disappearing. Sure, there's all those other Avengers titles (Occupy, USAvengers, ect) but no Billy and Teddy anywhere.
