I love that the Red Skull isn't the first person to directly talk about living person Ulysses as just an asset/detriment to his ends- he's the first bad guy to do so.
Steve is honestly amazing as a villain. He framed Banner with gamma research, convinced US Agent to go with the give back the shield group while also planning a coup against the Red Skull to make Hydra great again.
Only on him, because he used his own blood or some such. Which makes me question why the cure worked on Skaar.
Speaking of which, that story also had Doc Green and Banner create something that could kill them and they gave it to She-Hulk because she's the only one they could trust it with.
I wonder what made Banner change his mind and gave the newer model to Clint.
I think I'm missing something. You said it worked only on him, so wouldn't the blood relation make it more likely to work on Skaar than the rest of the gamma enhanced people?

So Doc Green and Banner gave She-Hulk (then Clint) a weapon to stop the Hulk if he went out-of-control (like Situation Normal), just like Clark gave Bruce the engagement Green K ring to Bruce.
Or he wasn't and it's just that Steve doesn't know about that particular HYDRA plan, it's not like they're not used to different HYDRA groups implementing different missions.
Especially if one accounts for the Captain Marvel issue where she specifically defends her predictive justice implementation with some of the various ways in which she's tried to account for the possible pitfalls in the how of Ulysses' visions.
And he once got split from the Hulk and died, only to be reborn inside the Hulk. Trust me, they'd find a way to bring back Classic Hulk. Heck, if you think Banner is going to stay read...
On the one hand, Steve's book makes a lot of things suddenly make at least a little more sense. It's a clever bit of recontextualization.
On the other hand, a major revelation like that should really have happened in the event book, not a tie-in (though given the latest vision, there's at least a small chance that it will get referenced).
I though Falcon/Captain America could already see through the eyes of various birds, as established back in the first volume of Ewing's Mighty Avengers run.
What's the context for that Ms. Marvel scene? I don't think YA series need to be all happy all the time, so I actually kind of like it. Stories need some contrast in terms of tone to keep from being pure fluff.
He could already see through birds' eyes (I think Geoff Johns was the first to make that explicit, back in his Avengers run, but I'm not sure) but now it's being digitally recorded as well.
Bruno there got severely injured, with above-mentioned consequences, trying to break his friend out of one of Captain Marvel's pre-crime holding facilities. This particular division was ostensibly being commanded by Kamala. Bruno tried to point out to Kamala that Captain Marvel's whole "arrest people for stuff they might have considered doing because Ulysses said so" plan is morally questionable, at best, and nobody should be arresting people that haven't even tried to do anything bad. Kamala chose to disregard him and back Carol's decisions, at least until later after Bruno got hurt and the Carol Cadets went full Nazi. So Bruno attempted to do what he believed to be the right thing himself, got hurt, and thus the above scene happens.
