The whole "no borders" thing is crap...but the discussion about the no-fly list is one of the most interesting thing I have seen a comic discuss in a while.

Is that Flag-Smasher? Didn't Cable put him in charge of a country a while ago, kind of a "put up or shut up" moment? What ever happened with that place?

The original Flag-Smasher became leader of Rumekistan, courtesy of the V-Battalion. Domino assassinated him so Cable could take over. Then Cable was killed for a little while and a new government took over and it's been forgotten since then.

There have been like, 5 or 6 interchangeably forgettable Flag-Smashers after the first one.
