See, if that really was Cap, and not brainwashed HYDRA Cap, he'd shut down this "take back the shield" BS with some inspiring speech about how it's the PERSON who makes Captain America, not the shield, and then something something AMERICA something something something FREEDOM something something teamwork / heroism / AMERICA (AGAIN).

Well, he had a pretty good streak when he was in the wheelchair. It'd be interesting to see if there's some correlation between being able to use your legs and macho bullshittery in the Marvel universe, but I guess we'd need a bit bigger sample size.
