In the interest of spreading the good word of good comics, and encouraging value, I feel like I should give a mention to Comixology's Top shelf sale. It's got a tonne of books, like Underwater Daddy Issues by Jeff Lemire, the early work that informed his Daddy Issues with Arrows and Daddy Issues with Antlers. It's a good little Twilight Zone-esque tale.
Jess Fink's Chester 5000, an erotic tale about threesomes, moresomes, bionic arms, bisexual men and building a robot that your wife wants to fuck. Her semi autobiographical time travelling tale is also in the sale.
Colleen Coover's Gingerbread Girl, which is adorable, because it's Colleen Coover. Did Annah invent an imaginary sister named Ginger during her parents' ferocious divorce, or did her mad scientist father extract part of her brain and transform it into a living twin?
Kagan McLeod's Infinite Kung Fu is 459 pages of top quality 70s style Kung Fu action, but on a comics book's massive special effects budget.
Strong Female Protagonist is a collection of the webcomic of the same name by Brennan Lee Mulligan and Molly Ostertag. A physical book was kickstarted and released last year, which is how I found it.
The best thing is, all of these items from comixology DRM free backups included, so you can download a pdf version and read it on your kindle, if you feel that way inclinced. That's how I was able to get such high quality images for previews like these.
In We Can Fix It, our heroine from the future wears a sexy bodysuit and travels back into her own past to a) prevent a younger version of herself doing awkward sexy things b) make out with a younger version of herself and c) watch a younger version of herself enjoying sexy times and also d) give morale boosting life lessons to her younger selves during times of strife.
This section is just after watching herself give "the most painful blowjob I have ever seen."

Kagan McLeod is half of the Kaptara team. Nobody knows what happened to the other guy involved, while McLeod is still working as a illustrator.
Legroom, knee room and headroom all get smaller as airlines squeeze in more seats
Infinite Kung Fu is a mighty tome of a book. Even at full price, it's a bargain. It's an epic of classic kung fu and Blaxploitation tropes, combined with zombie stories but with an unbridled imagination. And it's all so pretty and stylish.

Strong Female Protagonist

With superstrength and invulnerability, Alison Green used to be one of the most powerful superheroes around. Fighting crime with other teenagers under the alter ego Mega Girl was fun until an encounter with Menace, her mind-reading arch-enemy. He showed her evidence of a sinister conspiracy, and suddenly battling giant robots didn’t seem so important.
Now Alison is going to college and trying to find ways to help the world while still getting to class on time. It’s impossible to escape the past, however, and everyone has their own idea of what it means to be a hero…
It took a few pages for Strong Female Protagonist to grow on me. It's not as fun or as charming as Superhero Girl, which I also strongly recommend. Check out the rest of Faith Erin Hicks' books while you're at it
This scene from Strong Female Protagonist is where the (retired) heroine Mega Girl/Alison confronts her former villain who turned up and smashed up her school.

I love that last panel.
All titles are available in the Top Shelf sale. Bargains end at the end of January 2017 after which you can buy them for full price and still be pleased with the excellent value
