... I'd ask why the SHIELD goons burst into Hank's house with guns, but pretty sure any answer will inevitably be "they're SHIELD".

(Also, it might be because the artwork, but it does look more like Maria's taking a nap than being concussed.

It's pretty impressive that when Earth's Mightiest Heroes adapted this storyline just how much they changed.
(Well, did they change it, or mash it up with several other Ultron stories? They did include several beats from this one. Does that make it an adaptation?)

Avengers Academy did reference her relationship with Skrull Hank though, it's how she got her kid.

Real Hank even mentions his regrets about Skrull Hank, shortly before Tigra jumps his bones. Something along the lines of "Fake Me was better at being Me than I was."

I mean I miss Hank's and Greer's much better characterizations in AA. The Initiative reads like poorly written fan-fic.

Weren't they both written by the same guy though? I know Gage was writing this Initiative before he went to do Avengers Academy.
