When fictional universes use fictional elements the way we treat fictional elements in the real world, it always falls apart for me. As Bruce points out, the Joker is a mass-murdering criminal and terrorist. In a world where he is real, I can't imagine anyone would try to use his likeness on a product directed at a mass market. After all this time, there can't be anyone in Gotham who is more than three degrees of separation from someone who's been Jokerized.

Also, it's literally begging Joker himself to show up and dose a batch of fry seasoning with his trademark poison. It's a restaurant glorifying his hated enemy and putting his name on a flavor, he's going to want to make sure they get it right.

This is true, though I like to think that the Joker wouldn't do something that gauche. It should be TOO obvious a punchline for him, too low to stoop.

Even when he Jokerised fish to trademark them, he didn't make them toxic, just disfigured.

The jokes that Damien, Jason, and Dick all make about being dead, really do undercut Tim's death. I'm surprised they didn't set up a betting pool for Tim's return, with Bruce chipping in as well, because by this point, you're not a member of the Bat-family until you've returned from the dead at least once.

Ha, I recall a Seinfeld episode about eating with a knife and fork. Bruce probably does eat with his hands but he's ticked off about the jokerizing so he's putting on a show. Then again, it's probably real since I can't imagine him ever stepping foot in a fast-food joint before!

I cannot BELIEVE that they got away with the "Robin nuggets" line.

Though given the current Robin is just 13, can't bring myself to make any double-entendres, it would be all wrong.

In other related news, I'm surprised that Bruce wouldn't have known about a place like this from his patrols, or at least because one would think it would be operating under license from Batman Inc., a subsidiary of Wayne Enterprises.
