Your Burgerpants icon is really apropos, because I was just coming in here to comment, "Anybody else getting any Flowey flashbacks from the title, or is it just me...?"

The Russian not-a-cab-driver is reminding me of Ian McShane, so obviously he is totally one of the bad guys.
