Wow some guy literally rips himself in half in front of Batman and he just takes it in stride like he planned it. There's no way you were trying for that exact specific outcome, you goof. Like 80% of his master-strategist reputation probably just comes from taking credit after the fact

This Annual was a strange one. Neither hero had any compassion for this poor schmo who had been created in this bizarre fashion, and then they drive him to suicide in a horrible way! I felt sorry for the Composite Superman and really wanted to give Batman a good kick.

Gee, Clark, you should be used to villains taking your DNA and creating life. Lex did it with Kon, remember?
