This is quite a story to base on one part of a newspaper Marty and Doc see. I didn't even know about the "Nixon wins 4th term" until I saw it in the BTTF 2 noveliation.

I am curious how this book ends. Like will it end after his confrontation with the main timeline Marty?

Good question, but probably not. It didn't make it into the movie, but a cut scene had Future Biff... well, I don't want to spoil it, but I think you have enough to find out for yourself if you Google "Future Biff returns to 2015." ;)

I liked that this issue showed that realistically bookies would eventually stop taking bets from Biff, since he always wins.

Of course by this point it doesn't really matter.
