Has there been an A- or B-list DC character who wasn't ever turned into a gorilla during the Silver Age?

I love how them turning Diana into a Gorilla lasted about three panels and was instantly reversed for the dumbest of reasons.

Gorilla: Ha ha ha! I turned you into a Gorilla.... okay yeah no this isn't doing it for me anymore changing you back now.

Wonder Woman: Wait, why wouldn't you find me more attractive as a member of your species and this is some sort of kink thing for you isn't it?

Gorilla: Yeaaaah, lets just say there are websites I like to visit on my planet with the private browsing turned on if you get my meaning. Nothing illegal of course but just stuff I'd be rather embarrassed if anyone saw.
