No... no he doesn't. When Alex Ross drew him just as a blur with the hat, the silhouette made sense, but when he's standing still, the hat looks silly.

Funny thing is, when I first read Kingdom come, I thought the Flashw as Jay Garrick, mostly through the helmet, since was all I could recognised from the walking blur that was the rest of hhim. The only way I knew it was Wally at all was through TV Tropes explaining that he's the Flash and that Kid Flash was Irey West. Before that I assumed that the big heroes just consisted of the older golden age superheroes cranked up a few notches, such as Alan Scott the pro-bono Green Lantern, fancy suit and all.

Nah, KC Green Lantern is only Alan Scott because Alex Ross hates Kyle Rayner and they wouldn't let them use Hal Jordan.

Maybe it's just me... but Wally's flat out dismissal of Iris in favor of Barry rings really false. Given the number of formidable women Wally has known over his life, from Donna to Karen to Jesse, you'd think he'd be less quick to write her off.
