This comes from Vault of Horror #31.

The story opens with an elderly woman visiting her husband who has been bedridden for the last eight years.

Telling him she would like to make him happy again, she pulls out her knife and stabs him to death. She also comes across a woman named Grace whose boyfriend left her. Once again, Jenny decides to make them happy.

The blind man, she leads into traffic.

Predictable ending, but this does remind me of the Professor Radium storyline from the Golden age Batman and Robin newspaper strip. That too featured a delusional person who believed it was his duty to end people's misery by ending them. It even had a blind man as one of the victims.

I'd say Aunt Martha and Aunt Abby had a better way of going about things. They made their gentlemen feel welcome and comfortable before quietly poisoning them, unlike Jenny here leaving over half her people enough time to be terrified as they die. They'd also never be so gauche as to leave one of the bodies lying about to rot.
