The hilarious thing about this is that from the start, Bruce has been trying to not go dictator because everyone including him accepts that he can't handle it. Even this brother eye is just him trying to not be the one in charge and it's all going to blow up in his face anyway.

I've thought that Bruce Wayne became Batman because he was angry at the world and wanted to punch it in the face.

Does Brother Eye do that? That's the more recent Emerald Eye and/or host's speech pattern AFAIK.

That Brother Eye was built by a man who puts bats on frickin' everything. It makes sense he'd be concerned about proper branding.
