The Artist Fomerly Known as Dracula
Feb. 19th, 2018 05:12 pmFrom Tomb of Dracula #10. Written by Marvin Wolfman and with art by Gene Colan.
This features the first appearance of Blade, as he faces off against one of the most hilariously inept interpretations of Dracula you'll ever see!
Just to set the scene: Dracula, the immortal lord of all Vampires who wants to rule the world, was looking for new recruits. So who did he chose? A bunch of pampered socialites on a cruise ship! Now, you'd think this would be an easy task, right? But no sooner had he revealed himself, than some random guy pulls out a cross and starts trying to perform a quickie exorcism. So already this poor guy's not having the best night. But there's no way it can possibly get any worse, right? RIGHT?!
