And there's a reason for that.
As I mentioned at the time, I wasn't able to participate in FCBD due to travel issues, so I don't actually have a copy of the Docoter Who issue.
From what I can gather, the issue contains several shorter stories which are more or less lead-in's to events in the main Doctor Who comics range, which is a perfectly reasonable thing for a FCBD thing to do, but there is ONE page which I felt should be shared when I saw it.

Now, since the BBC are playing things VERY close to their chest as regards the 13th Doctor and her first series, we know absolutely nothing about the personality of the new Doctor, apart from the fact she's going to use Jodie Whittakers nativer yorkshire accent (and that's based on the one word spoken by the Doctor so far, at the end of "Twice Upon a Time".)
As such her contribution to FCBD was going to be "minimal", or "not at all", and I'm so pleased they at least went for "minimal", and the focus is on the Doctor's wonder and excitment when visiting a new planet (Which is common to every single incarnation of the Doctor and so is perhaps sort of a safe bet, but always a welcome one)
The artist is Rachael Stott, confirmed for the forthcoming 13th Doctor comic series, along with writer Jody Houser (Orphan Black, Mother Panic), and colourist Enrica Angiolini.
