Yeah. I really dig that understated, off-kilter, ambiguously weird vibe, which I think is very intentional. Definitely an acquired taste, though.

I like Mushishi the same way--it can be extremely creepy, very beautiful, very powerful, but it always achieves whatever its effect speaking in a quiet voice.
