If I were to guess, i would say its either Ultra Humanite, Dr. Psycho, Father Time in a new body again (I mean he was a Japanese Schoolgirl not to long ago), The Time Trapper, Mr Mind....Whoever it is its someone whose gonna be a big deal.

Wait, so the Ultraviolet Corps is themed around UV being invisible? That makes no sense. Half the alien races in the DCU can see into the ultraviolet, and so can most Earth animals with eyeballs. Literally every member of the current Justice League has a power or gadget that lets them see ultraviolet light. Even Aquaman can hire a seeing-eye shrimp if he needs to, although he probably doesn't need to since Atlantean vision is underwater-adapted.

The emotional spectrum was a ridiculously anthropocentric idea to begin with, but this has got to be the silliest development yet.
