Essentially "so much for the tolerant Left". Ms. Heroine up there is singled out as a hypocrite because she's willing to support courageous women but not conservatives. The joke is that she is a Woman who has Opinions which can be Invalidated.

It's a "gotcha!" moment, typical of Ennis - he has tried this in Preacher ("She's wearing a nose piercing! Hypocrite!"/"She just wants cock! Hypocrite!"), and Chronicles of Wormwood ("She has a weight problem! Hypocrite!"), though it's not limited to left-leaning women - in the Preacher example, a Right-Wing male commentator is also targeted.

It's a technique which only really works in the World of Garth Ennis, however; in real life kickass leftist women fight back.

(Not to mention it's pretty f***ing tone-deaf to insinuate that anyone should have a problem with the Bloodsucker Party.)
