Yep. Certainly was something and it's certainly more creative in its attempts to offend me than anything Avatar Press usually pulls.

I don't even think it's supposed to be offensive, just trying to make fun of this old type of comics and be a sort of affectionate parody.

This is unfunny, but in that "this doesn't produce any reaction in me" sense, rather than being disruptive in any way.
This is the kind of story that, if not for the "Frank Miller" name, would fall into complete obscurity.

Though you could argue that is a worse flaw than being offensive.

And well... no. I'm really not, I'm just deeply embarrassed for you. What went so wrong in your life you have to do this sort of thing to get validation?

I feel like these have a good idea for a punchline, but kind of bumble around being unfunny trying to get to it.

I do think the lobotomized aliens would not be too out of place in a Rick and Morty episode (only funny)

I feel like the general idea with the aliens interacting with the dumb action hero was done a lot better in the Republican Space Rangers bit from GTA4.
