Count Dooku and General Grievous plot their attack.

They begin their attack and Mauls ground forces soon become overwhelmed.

Maul manages to board the Separatist control ship.





So I think this story might have lost something when it was made into a comic. It just feels kind of rushed, in a way that might be due to the difference in the mediums. I think the fight scenes would have worked better animated.

Anyway in completely unrelated news, which had absolutely no influence whatsoever on my decision to post this.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars has been renewed for another season of 12 episodes, including the planned series finale.

I am really excited for that.Less excited about ANOTHER streaming service.

Wait...what?

I though Clone Wars ended a few years ago?

It got cancelled and was mostly replaced by Star Wars: Rebels, with quite a few storylines in development never getting released though some got produced into other mediums such as comics like Son of Dathomir. The last season was good but the show never really got a really conclusive ending which will hopefully change now.


I'm excited but I can't help but see it as Disney going with a safer route of bringing back a show lots of people enjoyed after Solo and The Last Jedi were fairly polarising at best.

It did, but there were a bunch of story ideas that were unfinished (such as Ahsoka's role during the war after leaving the order) when it was decided to wrap things up due to Disney acquiring Star Wars.

Given they want to promote the new Disney Streaming Service, reviving a wildly popular show part of a franchise well known for it's......... energic.... fanbase and streaming it there makes perfect sense.
