In all honesty, not really feeling this title yet. With the "two issues in one" gimmick they're doing the first arc is all but over and it really hasn't left much of an impression yet. Hopefully things will pick up next month which apparently has She-Hulk and Dani shenanigans.

Nonetheless, here's Jessica being Jessica.









Also for those wondering the first trade is coming out in November so you won't have to wait long for the print versions if that's your thing.

"Aberrant Crimes Division"? Why not call it the "Aberrant Crimes Investigation Division"?

As for catching Jessica, knowing of her prior history and temperament, all Knight needed to do was have a recording of her voice and one of her colleagues pounding on the door and just wait at ground level for her to jump out the window.

And finally, Jessica hit the grabby guy in the mouth hard enough to knock out teeth and sent him flying at least 15 feet through the air and hard enough to fracture the wall he landed against. This guy should at the least be a) without a jaw, b) unconscious, c) DEAD or d) all of the above. Which to me implies this might be the killer she's looking for but that might be reading too much into it.

I think Marvel humans in general are much tougher than us/normal people. Just look at how easily they recover from being beaten unconscious all the time with no ill effects.

I'm liking this so far. The art really does not grab me, but Jessica's voice is great and I was really happy to see Elsa. I'm just glad she's out of the clutches of Bendis and Gaydos, finally.
