The more I see of King's long-form Batman work, the more I have doubts he can pull off this great grand storyline he's mapped out.

Penguin doing a Starscream with Bane (who has the upper hand for the moment) I can very easily believe.

Him ensuring the loyalty of his men (Half of whom would probably sell him out to Bane for the price of a six pack and smokes) by sneakily using Mad Hatter tech I can also very easily believe.
