Waiting for the T did a comic on this a week or so ago, where apparently Jon went through all of puberty like 2 days after they left earth.

That's already been the case for years, Damian has always been irritated that even though he's 13, 10 year old Jon was already several inches taller than him.

Some kid characters like Valerie and Franklin and Goten and Trunks need to be aged up. I don't get why Jon is now aged up, they still have so much to do with his character at that age.

Two questions I'm genuinely curious about;

Does anyone actually care about this whole "Random Mongul-like warlord Rogoll Zaar destroyed Krypton instead of it's destruction being a lesson in the price of scientific hubris" plotline?

Can anyone think of a decent reason to age Jon up like this? Especially as they're bringing Kon back for the Young Justice title.
