No, the Hugo Awards were started in 1953.

Not brought up here, but Dirty Computer got the nomination!

I'm curious, did Golden Age Wonder Woman win any of those Retrospective Hugo's? It's up against some very tough competition, but as far as Big-Time superheroes go I'm not sure any 1940s comic was as fantastically out-there as OG Diana.
