The coloring is a little weird on the guy--is he actually blue?

Earlier I'd have said no, just the lighting, but in that last panel there's no real denying that that's a bright blue bloke.

In the panel where they're surrounded by two stand out: the short guy who's really dedicated to his job, and the guy on the far right who's so starstruck he's lost any sense of professionalism.
