while I like what's being said... some how it doesn't "sound" like Cap... I don't see cap saying "Man babies" nor do I see him saying "some injun chick" even with the Quotes....

It’s fairly common nowadays for writers to use characters as soapboxes like that nowadays.

Yeah, Cap is still a bit old-fashioned in some of his talk, he wouldn't be using constant internet meme terms.

I agree with shadowpsykie though, he has been unfrozen for DECADES at this point and even when he gets angry he calls people what they are he wouldn't stoop to man babies. And he's also super respectful especially to women, so he would definitely call her Native American and not a chick. He sounds like.. Jesse Custer just without the profanity.

Yeah this doesn't sound like Cap's voice at all, which is really weird because Coates has been doing pretty good with that.

Also, did she get depowered? Because I thought she'd basically beaten down the Tiger God back in Ewing's Mighty Avengers and became, like, pretty fierce.
