This cover doesn't happen. I guess symbolically it does...

The next morning

Meanwhile Yaling uses her followers to free her mother.

Afterwards Team Avatar faces the dilemma of having to protect the Business Council at the refinery, while Liling is on the loose. In the meantime Suki will start teaching the guards the basics of chi-blocking.

That night at the refinery.

The next morning Aang sees a family of benders taking supplies to their non-bender neighbors.

Liling and her forces arrive. She tells Aang that as the Avatar he should be on the Benders side. She also offers to allow ll the city's Nonbenders to leave, so that Cranefish Town can become a place specifically for Benders. Aang refuses, so Liling attacks.
Aang flies away to the refinery, forcing the attackers to go through a metal maze that's been built in front of the building.

Suki and the guards take out some of the attackers.

Liling orders Yaling to stop Toph.

Meanwhile Yaling has managed to get Toph on the ground.

Later most of Liling's followers have been captured, but some of them managed to escape.

Three days later.

I guess it makes sense that Aang didn't take away Liling's bending, because she already had followers, and it would have just made her a victim to rally around.
