It seems to me like this comic is seriously underestimating the horniness of women.

From what little I can see here, the comic seems to be addressing that very dichotomy, by splitting the attitudes into two different wolds, aka the Dragonflyman thing.

Well, part of that is Japanese culture puts a VERY heavy emphasis on teenage girls being innocent ingenue's.

Entire anime's have been created about teen girls struggling to remain "pure" while at that age where hormones are forcing you to see every single thing you see looking like naughty bits.

well, the setting of the manga IS a Japanese high school, and the character is MAYBE 15? sooo...
