Castle, Logan, Vivi, Matt, Clint, the original Thunderbolts, Kate, Madrox, Blindfold, Bucky, Forge, Speedball, both Novas (for a while), that's off the top of my head.
Not counting the space heroes still around.
And granted, most died after their appearances, but still...
While this isn't quite the vision I'd built up in my head, I do think it's cool for Marvel to finally be playing out the reconstruction era which the end of the original Old Man Logan pointed towards rather than doing yet another "Old Man ____ and the Tour of How a Bunch of People Died Horribly."
The backstory for the new Captain America (though unreliable at this point) is neat and makes sense for the setting, though think they shouldn't have been quite so on the nose in having the team members be analogues for old heroes. Also can't say that I love seeing Dani Cage as the new Thor, or having Hulk Jr. just be kind of a Violent Baby Hulk rather than leaning into the idea of him being raised by Wolverine and/or actively trying to atone for his status as heir to the Hulk Clan's bloody legacy.
on the plus side for him he didn't need to reveal he was originally working for Doom. I could see him actually being a mole though
they're always on the nose though when the do these alternate realities. Like in the What If Cap had led an army of super soldiers? They had the them sank on a troop ship with only Cap seeming to survive but it's actually Red Skull done up to look like him. He ends up becoming President for life, and turns the US into a fascist country. We get Cap waiting up out of ice and able to recruit some heroes and although the people underneath the suits are wrong it ends up being a team of Cap, Iron Man, Giant Man and Hulk taking on the bad guys
