People ask why Batman never kills the Joker, but nobody will ask why Jimmy just didn't push Luthor over that balcony. The latter would save so many more lives than the Joker would, and Luthor fully knows right from wrong too.

Anyway, my point is that I'm bored and my mind is going off on really weird comic book tangents right now.

Well I'm pretty sure Luthor could kick Jimmy's ass six ways to Sunday for one.

Besides which, Luthor has survived long falls before. In fact falling is probably the least reliable way to dispose of someone in fiction.

Yeah, and I suppose even if he could tip him over, Clark would probably show up to catch him anyway.

Falling only really works if it is a Disney villain.
