Pretty sure it's canon that Dum Dum's been dead for years and every time we see him it's an LMD.

Nope. Real Duggan's been in a fridge for years, his mind being broadcast into LMDs, but the A.I.M.vengers smashed most of them, and found Real Duggan with the intent of reviving him.

Yeah, that body doesnt look well like that, makes me think Miles will need a update when he becomes an adult.

That or keep him lanky, that chest is wide.

I agree with you about Miles' costume, but I wonder if part of it might just be that we're not really used to seeing his costume on an adult. It's like, I imagine it must have looked a little odd to see Spider-Man's costume go from being draped over Ditko's spindly weirdo Peter Parker to Romita Sr's strapping hunk.

It could also be that the V-designs extends a little low and it looks strange on a broader chest. The Superior Spider-Man design is extremely similar but the design doesn't go down as low and so I've never found it looked particularly weird.

The whole "we need to keep kids safe" thing would probably work a lot better if 98% of the side that supported wasn't being portrayed as comically evil.

Looking forward to the writers saying "both sides raise some valid points" only to show us that one side (likely the one Carol Danvers picks) is cartoonishly evil. Then they try to solve a philosophical debate by punching each other and endangering the general public until the person in the center of the conflict takes themselves off the board.

I'm calling it now; Kamala saves the day somehow but she ends up dead, unmasked, or under arrest.

I mean, last I checked, most of the writers behind this weren't involved with Civil War I or II: The Quickening...

(You'd think, though, someone would at least leave a post-it note on the fridge or something, to avoid exactly this kind of event happening again.)

They don't want to avoid it. The first CW sold well enough that Marvel will spend the rest of time trying to replicate it.

"And how well, Avengers Arena sold? Kids being hunted down by a villain and a lot of them killed gratuitously"

Whil;st I appreciate you posted these as a set up for the Outlawed thing, I was more interested in the pages I've seen of Miles helping Kenneth.

And C.R.A.D.L.E. is a genuinely appalling idea, with an awful name for ANOTHER quasi-creepy organsiation, this one rounding up kids, I mean "C.R.A.D.L.E. snatchers" has to be their nickname inside three days
