ESU administration actually knows she's a tranferee from another dimension. Apparently 616-New York is so used to visitors from the multiverse that ESU actually has an admissions policy for people from other Earths.

One can't help but get the feeling this version of Sue Storm might suffer some manner of facial injury, which would compel her to wear some kind of concealment, and also give her motivation to seek revenge, however misplaced, on the party she felt was responsible.

Marvel and DC are axing titles left and right post-quarantine but I'm sure Spider-Gwen will have a new series when Spider-Verse 2 rolls around.
