Greetings all,
Thanks to a bout of insomnia last night I happened to hear, on the BBC World Service, tha San Diego Comic Convention will be held online this year as Comic-Con@Home.
I don't think I've paid it any attention to SDCC news since it was physically cancelled, so that was a nice surprise to hear, as was the fact that it's not charging attendance for viewing any of the panels that are taking place, or indeed, any of the online presence, so anyone from aroud the world can be part of it, which is cool, as the sheer scale of the thing would have put me off going even if it had been an option. (I've been to a Star Wars Celebration and though enormous fun, it pretty much burned-out this little introvert for a lot longer than I expected!)
There are currently over 350 panels schedudled and all being broadcast on their youtube channel!

As well as Artists Alley

Small Press
https://www.comic-con.org/cci/2020/small-press/exhibitors
a few Fan Tables
https://www.comic-con.org/cci/2020/fan-tables/exhibitors
And an online Masquerade!
This could be fun, and a lot more inclusive than the average SDCC.
Would a daily Mod Post that people can post things they might have found be of interest/use?
