I first saw this on a Discord server, then on Reddit, then on several other sites - every single appearance of T'Challa is currently free. This includes solo series, mini series, and spin-offs like Shuri, Agent of Wakanda, Black Panther and the Crew, and even T'Challa's first appearance in Fantastic Four #52.
The Reddit post above has links to most of the sales, but look around and you might find something that got missed. Also note that the sale only applies to individual issues and not collections. This seems to be getting a lot of attention as I've been encountering more and more errors as the day has progressed so make sure that everything was added to your cart properly before you try to check out.
Edit: So someone did the math and it looks like 288 individual issues are on sale, normally available on Comixology for about $600.

No wait it just worked.

Date: 2020-09-05 11:06 pm (UTC)I'm sure someone else has already done the math but I estimate this was nearly 250 comics for free instead of the almost $600 it normally would cost.

Date: 2020-09-05 11:19 pm (UTC)Comixology doesn't seem to be handling the traffic well. The issues are also free on Kindle so if you have your accounts linked it may be easier to just get each series as a bundle on Amazon.
Just make sure they show as free. I "bought" over 250 BP comics today and that would have been really expensive at around one to four bucks an issue.

Date: 2020-09-07 03:17 am (UTC)As a tribute to Boseman I have mixed feelings about it, given that it conflates the man's legacy so closely with a Disney property, albeit one that he seemingly had immense affection for and held in high regard.
Also since this has spurred my thinking about it, how on Earth has Ta-Nehisi Coates' Black Panther been allowed to stall out three issues from its conclusion for so long now? Marvel isn't back at full production yet and I understand that Coates' run on the title has fallen off in popularity somewhat (though I suspect that's at least partly due to Marvel's bungling, considering the early days of his run and the cancellation World of Wakanda before its TPB came out) but you'd think with his Intergalactic Empire of Wakanda story almost wrapped they'd be trying to drum up publicity for its eventual bookstore release, or at least just get it over with if they've really lost faith in his efforts that much.
