What’s stopping Superman from getting some sort of lead-based suit like he did in The Master Race until he finds a way to undo the radiation? If he doesn’t have one then just hunker down at the Fortress of Solitude and send Batman a text.

Despite EVERYTHING that's been going on in the world, Kate Kane is really having an incredibly awful year, and seeing this feels like everyone is kicking her while she's down.

Huh? Kate won here. She successfully prevented a whole barful of people from being murdered. And there's no shame in not planning for Harley Quinn of all people to be using a hologram or whatever.
Just in general on the comics side of things, she's not been in much lately, but those brief appearances haven't been bad.

At this point I'm prepared to accept that Harley can be pretty clever when she gets a mind to be. But I don't think it really suits her to be this cold.

Okay am I an idiot or am I missing how the whole Wonder Woman "rewrite" plan would work? Also if it DOES work and you somehow make her Persephone - why stop there - why not just writer her up an achilles weakness or something?

Harley seems to be working on the "Gods are defined by mortal's beliefs about them," trope. (This crops up in sci-fi and fantasy from time to time, although I don't recall offhand if we've ever seen it to be true about the Greek Gods in DC).

If that's the case, then by shifting the consensus among experts (or once it trickles down to the general public- *whose* belief counts, I wonder?) to Diana being a reincarnation of Persephone, you can theoretically make that true in fact.

And Persephone has to spend a good chunk of the year in Hades, which is about as good as being dead, so now you've offed Wonder Woman for half the year. In theory.

That's true! I don't keep close track of Diana's shifting origins, but whether she's made out of divinely animated clay or fathered by Zeus, she doesn't seem to be tied into any sort of worship/belief ecosystem.- but then, if she were, we wouldn't necessarily expect Harley to know about it.

Wonder Woman and the Gods being bound by Percy Jackson/Persona Logic would make so much sense considering how often her backstory keeps changing between writers.
