I've only watched the first season of that show so I'll take your word on it.

My joke response - which I wouldn't rule out - is that the third movie will be about Peter visiting/traumatizing his poor grandparents ("Hey, you know how my dad was a deadbeat that ran off on mom? He also killed her. Also he's an alien god. And I'm a space criminal. These are my space criminal friends. Also, I'm alive; I guess I should have lead with that.")

The best case scenario will be a movie focusing on Peter and Rocket as co-parents to Teen Groot. Just flip the parental theme of the first two movies.

(Also I heard a rumor that they're officially bringing in Adam Warlock which is just a baffling choice now that Thanos is out of the picture. Then again this is the same studio that drug its feet on Black Widow, made a movie about the wrong Captain Marvel, and thinks people will still care about the Eternals after they killed off the only Eternal people care about,)

I figure the most likely version of the third movie will about him chasing after an uninterested time-displaced Gamora because he's projecting "his" Gamora onto her.

I didn't really expect Thor to stick around considering he - well, Jane - has a movie between now and then.

...but it does give Marvel more opportunities to let Peter be a petty man-child while continuing to play Thor's depression for laughs so I shouldn't rule it out.

I can't take a creature with that name seriously. I am sure it'll give the translators fits or set a large number of young boys off when this event hits our shores.

I also can't take that apperance seriously for a god of something as alien as the symbiotes. A grinning human? I mean really.

Issue #1 was an OK first issue - " here's Union Jack, here's some new characters, here's some topical translations of recent UK stuff into superhero culture.. and here's the villains, who are basically ' replace being a tie-in to Empyre with being a tie-in to King in Black '. "

The new characters, per Grist, were apparently created to address perceived lacks in Marvel's UK character stable: " I'm also not a fan of all the UK heroes having to be rooted in some kind of Arthurian Myth. What I'm trying to do with The Union is to have characters with different roots and experiences. "
