He'd fit right into one of those early-1930s Warner Bros. or Fleischer cartoons in which every and any object is alive, at least when there's an opportunity for a gag.

Joker is in his own animated cartoon world and if other people can't see it, that's their problem, not his.

I think I actually how weird DC has been going lately with these independent one-shots. They're just like 'Sure, try that'.

So is this just how the Joker see's the world? Like how the TF2 Pyro see's the world as a candy land even as he's murdering people.

Except that no one gets murdered, nor even as much as a paper cut, in this lighthearted story for kids.
