It's Doom. He'd naturally try to claim the mantle and power of Santa for himself as part of a scheme to get his final revenge on that accursed Richards, and Ben would have to get Hanukkah powers to stop him, and holy crap why hasn't this happened

Seems like this crossover would have been a good time to bring back the weird silver armor Iron Man had after he got turned evil during AXIS, since that was supposed to be based off of symbiote physiology, but I guess that would be a bit of a deep cut to an era that's barely canon at this point.
