The investigation into Brainstorm's death has begun.




After promising to keep the murder a secret Bumblebee and Rubble, leave for the next person on their tour, Wheeljack (who hopefully can help Rubble feel better).

This is the first murder on Cybertron in many years. Over half the population has never experienced something like this. The investigators decide that they need to find the Voin, the group saw on their way to Brainstorms. This potential witness could shed new light on the case.

The group report to Orion Pax. He also informs them that Megatron's rally is going ahead, and that it will have a larger audience than they expected.





Termagax devised a massive undertaking. One of Cybertron's moons was hollowed out, and made into an energon harvester, filtering energon from the planets atmosphere. Wheeljack works at the Tether, a massive conduit that transfers the energon the Winged Moon collects to Cybertron.



Rubble spends the day helping Wheeljack. When Bumblebee returns Wheeljack suggests the pair go and watch the Winged Moon unfold, as its quite a sight.







In Tarn, Megatron's rally has begun.



Megatron states that Cybertroians are characterized by their limitless potential and ever changing nature.



A sniper fires from a nearby building as Megatron and his guards rush to catch the assailant.

I always love me some early Megatron. You know, before he was the "Great Leader of the Decepticons".

It's just interesting seeing how writers show Megatron with some sympathy and signs of the seeds that will make him be the contradiction he will become.

Yep, it's been interesting seeing that become a main part of his character over the last decade or so.

Oh wow..it's been at least a decade....since this characterization has occurred...

It's one of the things that has made the New Transformers Netflix series has some merit, seeing the Megatron show some of us characteristics before he got warped.

I like how this series strikes a good balance between showing that he had a sympathetic backstory without trying to act that the Decepticons are the good guys here. I was not a fan of how the previous continuity tried to paint them as having somehow been in the right or not all bad when they'd spent four million years commiting multiple genocides across the entire universe as well as slaughtering their own people

It also helps that the Autobots here aren't portrayed as complete assholes and we've seen that while Cybertron isn't perfect it's not the racist dystopian hell world it was in the previous continuity

It varies depending on the incarnation, but here it seems to mean days.
