Well, I unironically love almost all these. Having an outfit that requires active use of your powers does seem a bit inconvenient, but inconvenience in the name of impressive outfits is pretty much the whole point of these events, so I can dig it.

I will admit as I scrolled down I was half expecting to find Kitty on the other end of Rachel's leash there.

Jean Grey: Love it. Except for the floating headpiece.
Rogue: Like it. It feels like her.
Storm: Nice callback to her Asgardian goddess moment.
Rachel: AUGH WTF. WHY. WHY IS IT SO SPIKY. THIS LOOKS LIKE A HORRIBLE ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN.
Angel: Eh, it suits him...
Scott: He's worn worse. The front X-piece doesn't grab me though.
Betsy: No, just no. It feels like the worst combination of her poofy Psylocke outfit and her Captain Britain uniform. But as a former fashion model, I guess she can pull it off.
Monet: I like it except for the spiky headpiece.
Kate: She's worn worse, but I still am not a fan of this.
Emma: 1) What's with the awful hat.

I applaud the artist for the creativity but some of these are really just... ill-advised.

Other random notes- unless it's some sort of unstable molecule shifting outfit, the logistics of Emma's stages seem like they'll require actual changes, not just shedding subsequent layers.

Emma's shoes look actively torturous.

The bullet on Kitty's broach is an interesting touch. A reference to that time she spent months(?) trapped phased into a giant space bullet?

It feels weird that Jean's going by Marvel Girl again.

I hope we get to see some outfits designed for less-humanoid mutants. Wasn't that mentioned to be one of Jumbo Carnation's signature innovations way back when- designing clothes for folks with wings and tentacles?

Yes, I assume she's either projecting the appearance, or will just go and change clothes.

To be honest, a couple of them don't look like they'd have any problems fitting inside a small clutch purse.

High fashion shoes always look tortuous to me.

And yes, definitely hoping for high style for the non "pretty humanoid" members.

Rachel, Emma, and Betsy aren't good enough telepaths to make me believe those outfits look good (except for Emma's 3rd). Nor are Xavier or Amahl Farouk, for that matter.

Jean: Has worn worse, but its not great. Very generic 90s superhero costume.
Rogue: That one is okay.
Storm: Genuinely good, but also the one that feels like the most like one of her ordinary outfits if that makes sense?
Rachel: NO.
Angel: He looks like a beach bro. Not neccessarily bad, but I dont think it feels very high fashion?
Scott: Not his best, not his worst.
Penance: That headpiece is just...
Psylocke: So we go from ninja to Sailor Senshi? She honestly feels too old to dress like that.
Kitty: I actually like that a lot. It suggests "pirate" without actually BEING a pirate outfit, if that makes sense.
Emma: First one is.... What. Horrible hat. Covered entirely in fur except for an X-shaped boob window? This has to be a joke, right? Other two are much better, though second still feels very silly hat.

If this was Project Runway, I’d say that Rachel’s designer would go home for extreme bad taste in every way. I’ve got no idea who would win. Emma #3 or Monet, perhaps.

Oh God, Rachel's outfit is going to kill someone. I feel sorry for Amazing Baby - he's clearly trying to stay away from his mom's spiky ankles, but he's leashed with what looks like Rachel's own hair.

The only plus side to that thing is that the double heels will make it way easier to keep her balance.

Betsy's Sailor Britain is pretty dreadful too - way too much - but at least she's not Rachel.

Kate is wearing a *diamond* pin? ...maybe she and Emma really are dating?

Why don't any of the men have high heels? All the women do. Warren could pull it off.

I’m a sucker for fashion and glitter, but Rachel Summer’s costume rubs me the wrong way. Still, I guess that’s progress of her moving through her Hound-related traumas if she’s comfortable enough to wear that (unless she’s been bitten with the same bug that’s gotten everyone to revert back to their old appearances, like Wolverine with the tan and yellow or Jean Grey in her Marvel Girl garbs or Kitty Pryde with her curly hair).

Emma's outfits are my favourites which is usually the case. I've loved almost every single outfit Emma has ever worn in the comics.

I also really dig Kate's outfit, and Betsy's like Emma's has some delightful Lady Gaga energy
