Megatron's message is broadcast all over Cybertron.
Chromia receives a report. According to the fuel records nearly two hundred Transformers have gone off the grid since Brainstorm's murder. The Rise seems to be far larger than they thought....

Rubble finishes another day of working on the Tether with Wheeljack.

Rubble makes his way home through Iacon's Xeno-Quaters.

Meanwhile in an old mine shaft, Bumblebee meets with Soundwave, the recruiter for the Ascenticon Guards.

Bumblebee says that, since becoming a mentor he's become more worried about the future of Cybertron.

Rubble chases after the Voin....

"My mentor does not know everything. Bumblebee can be wrong..."
Everything fades...

Rubble is just a tiny baby robot
He should not have had to die like this :(
I am glad that Prowl in this continuity is less awful than he was in the first IDW continuity. He can still be a jerk sometimes but it's more in a Sherlock Holmes "Doesn't deal well with people" way than a "Literally a war criminal" way

Date: 2021-04-05 04:16 pm (UTC)Restricting your entire species and planet out of fear of another war may not necessarily be the way to go, if it starts getting harsh on anyone who violates it, and starts holding your society back (which kind of seems like BS anyhow if everyone but Megatron seems happy with the way things are) but then part way through he goes "we can't antagonise other species."
Um...
You, ah, want to go antagonising other species, Megatron?
(If all the other stuff wasn't suspicious, that alone should've been a big red flag to all the Autobots.)
And the complaints about exiling, yeah in some cases it was pretty. Then you find out it's exiling folk like Shockwave and suddenly it becomes a mix of justified and stupid.
Why not throw Shockwave in, oooh, some sort of prison? Letting Shockwave run around doing anything is just asking for trouble.
