So much better than when a splash page takes up the last page of an issue, the first of the next and the cover to boot. Economy of space is great!

I can't believe that the Daily Bugle would publish a story like that. "Spider-Man Beats Up Baseball Fans" perhaps...

More than that, I can't believe that Peter Parker's credit would be displayed so prominently! Hard to pay someone peanuts if they're getting all that exposure!

I like this because , I think, it gives a realistic look into how most cops would think about Spidy and those like him doing what they do. And how the system would react to him as well.
I mean, after all, Spidy , or Batman, dumping a crook on the steps of the police HQ with a note doesn't mean a damn thing as far as the justice system is concerned.

I think there's some wiggle room if the crooks they're dumping are already on warrant, or active fugitives (the Arkham regulars fall under this, no problem), but yeah, their tackling new criminals runs into all kinds of problems, legally speaking.
