Not Jewish myself but ehhhhh at comparing the victims of the Holocaust to Krypton.

Yeah, the holocaust was a specific act of evil done by actual sentient/sapient human beings. Unless this follows the idea of Krypton getting destroyed by Braniac or that mercenary dude from the Bendis run or something, I think a better point of comparison would be something like, say, reading about a historical natural disaster versus actually living through said disaster.

Well, more like a man-made disaster. Jor-El tried to warn them for years that the planet was growing unstable, and they laughed it off. Basically the alien version of Climate Change.

Not a big fan of the purple narration but this series makes a good job of making Kara feel both human and yet something more awe-inspiring.
