I love seeing heroes and villains from other countries, they should have an international title with a rotating cast. It'd be a lot more coherent than the multiversal push.

With the caveat that they also get international writers so we don't end up with like "The Dark Ranger fights Captain Boomerang, Kangaroo Man, Drop Bear, Shrimp on a Barbie, Knifey-Knife Hogan, Iron Ned Kelly, and other Australian stereotypes as imagined by Joe American."

On a side note though, I would totally read stories about Shrimp on a Barbie and Knifey-Knife Hogan because I suck.

I was going to say, even as I read your list, Shrimp on a Barbie and Knifey-Knife Hogan did sort of leap out as serious contenders.

Or you get another Krakoa scenario where Joe American tries to write about geopolitical issues they don’t actually understand and end up accidentally justifying/reinforcing the beliefs they’re trying to dispel.

I’d love to see some kind of Batman, Inc. anthology again, the last issue of the New 52 run was a lot of fun.

They would have made it more explicit if he did. As it is he's trying not to kill people (not out of any morality but because Batman appealed to his ego by challenging him not to).

Does it explicitly say he didn't kill her? Because her head also looks like it's sliding off the stump of her neck.

If the intent was to show a decapitation they would have shown the head clearly separated from the body. It wouldn’t have been left ambiguous.

You seem absolutely iron-clad certain that an ambiguous situation means he didn't do it. Isn't the point of ambiguous situations that each viewer can form their own interpretation?
