And Reed just going "Victor, I just wear a blue jumpsuit."

The fact we live in a world where Family Guy has run for over twenty seasons and Venture Brothers didn't make it to double digits makes me think this is the Bad Place

Well, Venture Bros largely was limited by the fact that it was, with one exception, written either by Chris McCulloch or Doc Hammer, whereas Family Guy had like many main-stream animated sitcom shows a writers room, which can churn out episodes, but which creatively may water things down so you get...well, twenty plus seasons of Family Guy, of whatever quality one may derive then from that.

Excerpt from an NPR article on the shows cancellation:

We didn't have a writer's room; we didn't develop one early enough, we didn't know enough people," Hammer says, noting he and Publick came to instinctually anticipate one another's train of thought.

"If we let anybody else in, Jackson and I would just stand up and go 'Well what show are you even watching?!' [because] they don't know exactly what we're thinking. We know what each other's thinking because we're thinking the same thing; we have very similar responses to who these characters are. And we would kill ourselves — it actually takes a year to break somebody in, to be in a writer's room, and that would throw us more off schedule.

Its funny to me that it took until the second one for pete to get invited given he's always been one of the friendliest superheroes to the X-Men.

He was the only teacher with an actual teaching credential at Jean Gray Academy!

I think it's still kind of weird that he's there. The event seems to largely be about politics after all, which is why the first one was all people with wealth, power, and clout. Pete doesn't bring any of those things.

Presumably they need to bring their own. Jumbo Carnation only has four hands.

I'd guess Stark commissioned outfits for the Avengers, while Doom used his time machine to kidnap Gianna Versace just before his death.

Honestly, Peter probably made that one himself. He's made himself multiple light-up suits before. Clearly Tron had a big influence on him.

No. Doom will show up in the usual armor and green tunic because he does not need to change his outfit - it's already perfect because he's DOOM.

Wow. The X-Men should be honored he would gussy up so much. Doom has appeared at weddings dressed in his usual get up.

So who is making these get ups for them? Because there is no way Peter could make a costume with that much impractical flair on purpose.
