The title alone told me that this was going to be my kind of comic and this cover confirmed it ;)
Our issue begins just after the end of season two
This opening sums up exactly why these two are my favorite heroes in the DCU
Between Harley's "Fuck the police" attitude here and how horny she and Ivy are for each other?
These two are my kind of women right here
I agree with Harley
The sight of a hot green redhead on her knees in front of me would make it impossible for me to focus on anything else as well ;)
Especially when she's talking about the kinky roleplay plans she has for later that night
The two manage to evade Gordon and the other idiots of the GCPD handily
I would be ready to pounce on her too here
Unfortunately all is not well with Ivy
She is feeling upset with herself that she left Kite Man at the altar and doubting herself because she left the others at her wedding behind to get caught :(
Luckily Harley knows just what her girl needs to cheer her up
Like I always say: there's nothing so bad that things can't be made better by a marathon session of hot, non-stop, bed destroying lesbian sex
And post bed-wrecking fuckstravaganza....
Road Trip!
Road Trip!
Road Trip!
And they're off!
And so our tour begins! Tune in next time to see where it shall take them :)

Date: 2022-05-23 05:39 pm (UTC)The show is good but some of the uncomfortably antisemitic subtext to some of the jokes makes me cringe
Yes I know the show's writers room is made up predominantly of Jewish writers and they've explained the reasoning behind the jokes. But they still aren't to my taste. I think because this is a show where the jokes and lines are being presented without the context of "Oh this is an in-joke among people who actually are Jewish themselves"
It's like how me and my friends who are all part of the LGBT community will make jokes among ourselves about stereotypes about queer and trans people but you put that in a show out of context and it can come off really disquieting
Maybe I'm overly sensitive there but in any case I prefer the comic because it doesn't have those jokes in there. Also because it's much much gayer and that always makes things better :)
