We have a MUCH larger audience numerically in S4 than in ANY prior season. Hell, our hate-watchers alone probably top our S1&2 numbers. -- Greg Weisman
Clayface, formerly known as Matt Hagen. He's working for Bowhunter Security to prove he's serious about not being a villain. (And also so Amanda Waller won't try and abduct him and put him in the Suicide Squad again.)
"I won't screw-up, I won't screw-up, I won't screw-up!" FIVE MINUTES LATER: Will screws up.
Though judging by the cover, got a prrrreetty reasonable guess as to who's responsible for what's going on, and going by the solicits for next issue, a plausible explanation for why. I mean, they're warsuits which look an awful lot like comic Lex Luthor's usual battlesuit (the chest insignia's a giveaway). The same Lex who has a reputation for developing weapons. And Perdita's a kidnapped queen of the nation of Markovia, current home to Infinity. Inc, who were powered by Lex Luthor, and which has shaky relations with Vlatava. The same Infinity. Inc who are almost certainly still working for the Light as part of their Fiendish Master Plan.
So the queen gets kidnapped by persons unknown, the Infinitors rescue her, and a grateful Perdita starts smoothing things over with the Lights's catspaw King Brion. Then the Outsiders bugger this up somehow, but it's alright because it's the Light and they planned for that, too.
Unless... No, no, that'd require some sort of needlessly labyrinthine scheme involving staged kidnappings, engineered heroics and possibly someone with the ability to manipulate emotions.
Yep. There's Roy (the original), Will's a clone made by the Light to serve as a mole in the superheroes, and Jim, also a clone of Roy, who thought he was actually Roy's uncle at first.
To specify further: Roy Harper, aka Speedy, aka Arsenal. The original. Captured, cloned, held on ice for years. Lost an arm because they needed raw material for cloning, got a cybernetic weapon arm. "Will" Harper, aka Speedy, aka Red Arrow. A clone created as part of a Light plan to place a mole in the Justice League. He was the "Roy" we saw at the start of the show. Married Cheshire, fathered Lian (like in the comics). Jim Harper, aka Guardian, who didn't know he was a clone, and who worked for Cadmus Project as security until he eventually retired.
This is around season 3, isn't it? I was never into Young Justice at first, but Season 4 changed that (even if all I do is watch online clips of it). Though if they expect me to believe that Wally is going to stay dead... Anyway, I can see Terra back there and I don't think she stuck around for season 4.
I can't tell if Will is joking in regards to the balance being off with his clipboard. Can he throw a clipboard with pinpoint accuracy? Figured that would be more Roy's thing since he branched off from bows.
Oh, I know. I know. It's quite a refreshing take. That being said, I thought she left the team. I really don't remember seeing her when Beast Boy was depressed.
She's around quite a bit in Season 4, especially the Tigress arc.
I confess that since she's not in the classic Terra colours, I sometimes forget who she is in a busy scene. Basically, if it's a blonde in a green and black outfit with gold trim and a vaguely Eastern European accent, that's Terra.
I wonder if it's some sort of a nod to Brion changing his brown outfit for a green and gold one after Terra died in the comics, because he didn't want to be associated with what she had become.

... just speculating at length here.
