The robbers're masked men.

The ones in their way're Sam Wilson, Captain America, and Joaquin Torres, the Falcon (introduced during Sam's HYDRA!Steve-era Cap tenure).

The one who pointed the latter at the former was Misty Knight, after dinner in Harlem.





Misty diverted Sam's attention.



(Misty as part of the FBI's Aberrant Crimes Division comes from that Sentry series in 2018.)



So it was that Sam and Joaquin were foiling a train robbery.



Sam dragged him down into the train car.



Outside, Joaquin noticed something suspicious in one of the train cars - so he tore the roof off.

" The hell? "



Help arrived in a helicopter.



" It's just.. she reminded me of Sonora. Where my extended family's from. "

" Go with them. " Sam told Joaquin. " You can make sure she's safe. "

Joaquin went - and Sam went, in another direction.

Elsewhere, a man received a visitor in prison.
