I do wonder how many authors wanted to do Superson stories or more stories of Jon Kent at this age, but then Benndis forced age him?

I wonder why editors or anyone above never seem to stop some of Bendis's ideas ?

Pretty sure an entire generation of people that fell in love with Damien or hit fatherhood at the same time as Superman were hurt by Bendis's stupid aging story.
